Sam’s Club is perfect for my family’s needs. From their pharmacy’s cheap prices, to the high quality produce, to amazing deals on meat, I cannot day enough for Sam’s Club. Every pharmacist treats me like I’m in a small town. I have no idea how they keep so many customers feeling special, but they continue to do so.

I called to follow up on an order that was cancelled and had not received a credit after a month. Although it took awhile on the phone, the representative, Josh was so patient and was able to arrange the credit. Not only did he help get the credit processed, but he noticed it was time to renew my account and comped my renewal fee. AWESOME!!!! He renewed my faith in Sam's and customer service.

Everytime I have bought an item at Sam's Club, it is always available. There is no waiting time to get it Their customer service is very good and knowledgeable. I always find what I was looking for. They also offer a warranty for each of the products.

Why is it there is always a problem!!! Ordered a slip and slide on Sam’s Club to pick up at the store and when I went to pick it up I was early so they told me all they had to do was cancel it and ring it up again. When they rang it up my rewards money was gone and for someone reason didn’t show on my receipt. Now we ordered a refrigerator and it said it will be delivered on June 4th but now it is the 5th and guess what! No refrigerator. We have been waiting for two weeks and living out of a cooler waiting for the 4th to come. Carrier asked me for an order number and Sam’s didn’t give me one so they had a hard time finding my order. Sam’s told us yesterday it would be delivered today but called Carrier and now It has to be Monday. Was told Sam’s don’t communicate with carrier. They never told carrier it was suppose to be delivered on the 4th.

My only issue is the fact that some items you order on the app can't be shipped, but has to be picked up at your club. It would be nice if everything you order can be shipped if that's what the customer wants.

Please buy a new coffee grinder and please have tape and scissors to close back the coffee bag when done grindingAll other stores does this but not samsI go Jeffersonville storeThank you

I was at Sam's Club in Monroeville Pa. I was struggling just pushing the buggy with 4-50 pound bags of Ice Melt. A young tall Black Male associate who was wearing an orange cap came over and said "that is a lot of salt can I help you". This was on 2/2/2022 around 1:45 pm he was working at the front door. I did not get his name but wish I had. It meant so much to me for him to offer help as I wondering how to put all those bags in the car. More Associates like him would truly make the shoping experience in Sam's Club a great place to go. I thanked him and I hope you find him and acknowledge his kindness in going above and beyond and his ability to know when someone needs help.

I ordered a Samsung tablet that promised to arrive in 4 days. But it took two weeks for it to arrive. I was somewhat disappointed but rather relieved that it arrives at all.

At Automotive Services tab on their website it says you can come in or call to get service. Reality you have to come in to schedule appointment because no one will pick the phone. Why they can’t just let you at least schedule your appointment yourself on the website ? Next time choose Costco!!!

I'm sort of torn between three and four stars for samsclub.com. All the people I've ever talked with at samsclub.com, have been very friendly and helpful. However their shipping time sucks! Even though it is free shipping for Plus members, the shipping time is terrible. Pricing is higher than amazon, walmart, target, and best buy so its not exactly my go to for shopping online. I DO do a lot of orders for my business on samsclub.com but NOT personal. The sams club app is NOT very user friendly. Updates and sales being emailed to me are sporadic at best.
