I ordered around £900 worth of items from The Outnet at the beginning of May. About 30 mins after placing the order, I read the terrible reviews on here about delayed returns/no refunds being made. I then panicked and ran up their customer service to try and cancel my order as I was so worried. I was left on hold for over an hour before being told it wasn’t possible to cancel an order once it has been placed (even though I had placed this only an hour ago!!!). So I had no choice but to go ahead with it. HOWEVER, the items arrived very quickly and although I did have to return around £400 of items, I followed the instructions regarding attaching the 3x copies of the proforma invoices to the outside of the box and I received my refund within 10 days of dropping them off at UPS. Despite the hiccup at the start, I was happy with my experience and so thought I would post this review.

By accident I saw these bad reviews on Trustpilot on The Outnet (I was looking up for reviews on 24 Sevres). As I really have never experienced any problems with The Outnet, I feel I need to add an review. I'm very happy with The Outnet, shipping is fine, they have a friendly help desk, an order takes about 3-4 days to be shipped (for free) to the Netherlands. Returns are easy and free, you call DHL so they will come to pick up your parcel. The only issues I sometimes experience: clothes are wrinkled (because of the shipping process) and sometimes shoe bags are missing. But I I would definitely recommend The Outnet. Prices are great, also try the discount codes going around on the internet!

I ordered amazing shoes with Outnet. They took a little time to be delivered and outnet kindly refunded me the postage fees and gave me 20% off my next order as a result. The shoes arrived about a week late, no issue, fit perfectly and are great quality. Any customer service person I dealt with were lovely and they even reached out unprompted to give me updates on my order. They must have improved their customer service substantially based on other reviews but I found them wonderful and will definitely order from them again. They should keep up the good work!

I love the way the items arrive wrapped, making it feel that the item is specially for you. What is there not to love about OUTNET…..the website is easy to navigate, the items are true to their description…. Along with the amazing fast and reliable service, even despite a pandemic.

I am happy with The OUTNET. Everything works well and there is nothing to complain for. Also returns are working without any problem. I Love The OUTNET!

I made my first purchase with The Outnet recently & it went brilliantly. Size guides were spot on, & online purchase was a breeze. Shipping time was good, packging was ideal & my goods are utterly gorgeous. There was a returns label enclosed if i needed it (but didnt) & although id never heard of them before i will definately use them again.

I failed to check trustpilot before ordering therefore was not aware of the poor rating. But have to say extremely happy with their performance, communication was excellent, delivery information provided was accurate and delivered as informed.

I love shopping with The OUTNET. I received my order in record time. Unfortunately I had to return because of size and fit. I followed instructions on how to return my parcel and that was easy. Only few easy steps. THE OUTNET organised DHL to come and collect. I didn’t have to do it. My parcel was collected from my home on the following day. That is what I call superb customer service. Bozena is the the B E S T and greatest customer service rep! I have spoken with 4 reps today, and she was the only one with kindness, patience, respect and FOLLOW THRU. She should give lessons to everyone. I hope she is recognized for her excellence.

I have always found them brilliant and I spend pretty high amounts in one shop. Never had an issue returning anything, unlike my first experience with Flannels
