Decent... price is low... thats the best about it.

I am new to Zendesk, and didn't know how to unban my self, as I had foolishly done so as a practice, not knowing the consequences.I went on to the Zendesk website and used there chat, and got help very quickly. Problem solved. Also works very well with my website. This was all done on the free plan.I now see that the free plan limits me to only 1 conversation at once. This is not good enough.Please change the conversation limit on a lite plan.

I like its flexibility, however sometimes it is too hard to find the necessary function in the UI/UX

Really easy to use, and nice solution to manager customer tickets. Their guide product could use more customization options though.

Good product, poor account management and support. Make sure to fully read your contract, as they aren't too forgiving.

Really good tool for your business if you're focusing for efficient customer support work. UIX is very eye pleasing and convenient, it has everything you need for customer support work, and the pricing is not that bad. Besides that, it has a really comprehensive help center, where you can find most of the questions you need to answer, and if that doesn't help, their support is really helpful with all your issues. But of course it lacks some basic functionality, that other businesses already practices, and it seems that it takes a lot of time, to get those necessary updates being implemented. And sometimes it seems that they're more focusing on money part rather than their customers needs.

I ordered the multi function saw with protective case and 9pcs of saw blades from HourlyholidayDeals of Zendesk. My order #23955 arrived late without the protective case and only 3pcs of saw blades. Customer service has been slow, but I finally received my complete order after reporting the missing items . I think there's a lag time due to the proximity of the shipper being in China.

Having used Zendesk now for two years its been good.We were very grateful that in the first year they didn't charge us anything for the product. This was a good idea by them as it gave us time to bed the product in and justify its worth.The online knowledgebase has been a great help in supporting large numbers of clients remotely. Customers can log tickets through our cloud solution as we have integrated the two products which looks professional and helps us not lose support requests.It's easy to track tickets and how we have performed when responding. The only thing I would like to see is the SLA's tools as part of the basic subscription.At $80's a month it's not cheap but does the job. I am surprised at the other negative reviews.
