My interaction today was very productive. It resolved the issues created by a support agent about two weeks ago whose English speaking ability was very marginal, and her understanding was even less. As a result of her screw-up, I had to spend about 10 hours reading and writing emails and talking on the phone. Thankfully today it got resolved... I think..

Vicky is AMAZING!! Her patience and clear understanding of what I needed even when I DID NOT KNOW how to get there was SUPERB! She upgraded my plan to Plus to allow me to create more than one website, talked me through updating my payment info, which was incorrect till we fixed it, I had bought a new domain name from BlueHost before I called but needed help to assign it to my BlueHost account, she walked me through that also.AND walked me through setting up my WordPress site for the new domain!!! Listen, I was told BlueHost was sadly lacking in customer service! My intention was to wait out my contract and move my sites BUT as I become more active in this website arena I have had NOTHING but STELLAR SUPPORT from the two people that have guided me so patiently and well. Kirthi was on a chat with me, I sent a review for him, FABULOUS!! And again Vicky and Kirthi were articulate and wonderful representatives of your business and EXCELLENT customer care. Good people are difficult to find, people who treat your business concerns as if THEY owned the business. Well done, BlueHost, well done!! Feel free to repost this review with my blessings! Agent did a great job solving my problem

After a very frustrating week with my site being down due to a glitch in migration, Susheel was AMAZING and fixed my problem within seconds after I explained my problem. I was so worried I’d be stranded all weekend with a broken website waiting for a response on Monday, but Susheel saved the day. Thank you again!I do think a direct phone line to the migration/IT team would have been tremendously helpful instead of bouncing me around chat and phone calls prior to this fix.
