Good product and quick delivery.Would've scored 5 stars if I received a confirmation after the purchase from Bissell website.

THIS VACUUM SUCKS!!!! I was vacuuming my brand new apartment and I had a blanket on the ground, and boy, let me tell you. This vacuum sucked up my blanket, so it’s very, very good suction. 10/10 would recommend.

Recently bought a new cheap shampooer. It took some work but did a great job.

I bought the pet stain eraser cordless carpet and upholstery cleaner in June of 2018 and come September 2018 my machine did not want to charge! I got online support from bissell who got on the problem right away. When the tips they gave me still did not help my machine they sent me a replacement free of charge and it came within 5 days of talking to them!!!

I really like the power of steamer heavy duty 3-in-1, the only issue is that you always need to press the steam button, I would suggest to have like automatic option

Just purchased a Bissell PowerFresh (1806) at Best Buy and LOVE it. My floors are so clean. My corners are clean! Easy to use.

Excellent customer services from initial email to product repair .probably the best company I have ever experienced for helpfulness.

Purchased a cordless max about 18 months ago. It stopped working and called customer service to see if they could assist me over the phone. Excellent customer support. After diagnosing that the issue could not be fixed. Much to my amazement she said we will send you a new one. Could not ask for better customer support and standing behind their products. Highly recommend this company.

I purchased a reconditioned big green machine from bissell direct at a fantastic price and I must say this is an absolutely superb carpet cleaner. Unfortunately it arrived with slight damage (most likely caused in transit.) I contacted their customer service and they arranged for collection and replacement of the damaged machine with no arguments what so ever. I can't praise their customer service enough and what with their brilliant machines I must say a rare company that's a pleasure to deal with. Keep up the good work Bissell.

My SpotClean Pro arrived this morning. The box was broken/barely sealed and there was no inner packaging in the box. The machine had an open plastic bag around it and all the attachments rattling around the box. The bottles of solution that were part of the purchase just thrown in on top of the machine, these are heavy items and should have been sent separately. I have also no way of knowing if I've been sent a new item or a used/previously returned item. Phoned Bissell, they said this has never happened before, on the plus side they have arranged a collection of the item and a new one to be sent once the old one has been returned. but reading these reviews I'm not holding out much hope and now wondering if I should just keep the one that has actually arrived. I will update this when the second one arrives and I have used the item. Just disappointed at the moment.
