The website really needs looking at urgently. Following on from my previous review where I was unable to place an order using a gift voucher which I had accepted instead of a refund for an order which had not been refunded for a month. I got the reply I needed a few days later telling me to try another browser and clear my cache. By doing this the box for the voucher did finally appear but due to the delay in response the order had already been placed and delivered as 2 items were low in stock and I did not want to miss outWhen I placed my second replacement order the promo of 10% off at checkout and free next day delivery had ended due to slow responses so I placed the order anyway and simply requested to have 10% refunded and £5 refunded for the delivery cost as both of these were part of my original order priceOver the last week they have refunded 10% in gift card voucher and £5 voucher for the delivery but its been a lot of hassle with emails back and forth dealing with many different agents. (I would have also preferred the money refunding to the payment card as I placed the order thinking £15 would be coming off the order price not getting it refunded in another credit) I'm now attempting to get them to honour an additional 10% that I was told I would be refunded off my next order for a series of issues I've had over the last 2 months (see previous reviews) UPDATE - We have agreed that the 10% refunded was for the issues I have had previously but they are refusing to provide the other 10% which would have applied at checkout had I have had a response quicker before the offer ended. I have provided a screenshot showing the deal at the time the first order was placed and I'm disappointed they won't reconsider after all the issues I've had recently but after back and forth emails for 8 days I feel I've wasted enough time and I'm not going to get anywhere nowAlso in my second order I was expecting to have delivered a pull up bar as the 4 pictures show a pull up bar however I was sent a sit up bar (Looking at the title on the website it does say sit up bar but I did not look at that I went on the pictures) There was no further description and 4 pictures v 1 heading. UPDATE - I've been informed I was sent the correct item based on the title but they admit a picture does show a box with pull up bar on it (there are actually 4 pictures none of which are of the item you will get - As a customer we should not have to try and second guess that the images may not match the title and vice versa. As said above I saw the item whilst scrolling, clicked on it, that's what I want based on the pics and added to basket) My only option is to return it for a refund but Jade J did say she would get it refunded for me as soon as I send it off rather than having to wait & she has refunded my first order before they have had it delivered back to their warehouse. 72h on the item still has the wrong pictures. UPDATE: 4 days later they have changed the header to say pull-up bar instead of changing the pics to a sit up bar. the product code remains the same so I believe they are now getting it wrong with pic & text :( Finally I tried to place my order with 3 fragrances and it came up with an error saying restricted item - we allow 0 restricted items per order. It refused to let me checkout until I removed the item so in other words its impossible to buy it. I was told to try another browser which I did and clear my cache (again) which I did and its still showing the same error. I can understand a restriction for other countries as orders would have to go on planes but I'm in the mainland UK. Of course even if I could now buy it I won't get the 10% off at checkout as that has ended as mentioned above -UPDATE: Jade J agrees that there should not be any restriction in the Mainland UK and the website team are looking into it however 96h on the fragrances are still not obtainable due to the restriction on the listing pages. Again this should be a 5 minute job. search the item on the website, try and add to basket, see the error and go sort it outThe website seems to have a lot of problems almost a month after it was launched. Its also irritating how you get kicked off the website after a period of time due to inactivity and it clears anything you have in your basket - If you are to kick us off please at least save the items into the saved for later section as having to start looking for everything again is annoying - UPDATE: Jade J says she spends many hours on the website and its never happened to her, The website team are looking into it and will get back to me .I have since had it happen again and sent off screenshots showing a 5 min countdown clock followed by a OH NO message. The reply I got back from someone else however did not mention this at all. If you do get kicked out like I do the advice is to save items in your basket into your saved items too or take a screenshot so you can easily find what you want again
