There was an issue with a blazer I ordered for my son's prom. I sent a message through WhatsApp! And I received a prompt response. Sham was very helpful & organised an immediate replacement. I was very pleased with the customer service

Have ordered a few times with Burton. Not been disappointed so far. Meets expectations. Good promotional sales. Quick delivery. Good experience so far. Will order again in future. Never had to return anything back to Burton.

I have bought some clothes but I had to send a couple of them back, I haven't received yet the refund after 15 days but is ok because the customer service was very good and explained that to me after 15 will received the item will move forward, i have received the refund on my e mail and im just waiting to see that on my bank account. Im happy because Ansa, natalia and Zarina they helped me with the process and they were very kind.

Sent suits that didn't fit back on the 6th of May. According to my account the parcels are still in transit. Sent a message to customer support and was told that the items hadn't been booked into the warehouse yet and this could take 22 days. You advertise Fast and Free returns but 3 weeks to book a return back into a warehouse is absolutely ludicrousEDIT.After posting this review my order was looked into and money was refunded a few days later. Have amended stars accordingly to what I think is fair.

Great customer service from Cameron - my order had been lost in transit and he sorted things quickly for me and issued a refund.

I ordered from Burtons now Boohoo have taken over. I spent £107 and they sent me an item with a medium label and an XL ticket on the item. I ordered XL so a medium was no good. Contacted them and advised them of the issue. They asked me to send the item back, I had all the paperwork, got a proper postal return slip from them, took it to my local parcel shop and returned it. Sent them a copy of the receipt of the parcel return slip, sent off all the order number detail, returns detail information requested etc, and I still have no refund. I have sent them the same information over and and over as they keep asking for the order number and the receipt of return postage which I have now sent at least 8 to 10 times. The order number is in my subject bar on my email for goodness sake, why can they not see that? Every time I email asking where is my refund they just ask for the same information again. They say they will send a refund but it never arrives. I am totally disgusted that they think they can treat people this way. So my advice is anyone thinking of purchasing think again, do not bother because if you need to return anything you won't get your money back. It is all a big scam, they get your money and get the item returned back to them and never to refund your money, it is a terrible way to run a "business" if you can call it that. So Boohoo or Burtons or whoever you are, step up to the plate and do the right thing and refund peoples hard earned money back to them. Terrible customer service, terrible way to treat people and I hope people read my review and learn from my mistake?

I was expecting to be leaving a bad review reading most on here but my experience was absolutely fine. Easy use of website, sizes all fine, clothing all good. The blip I had was with hermes who had really confused me but Mary at Burtons customer services was very helpful, thank you and will be shopping with you again
