The fundamentals of Beautification if you haven't heard of Sephora you should come out from under that rock and brush on over to Sephora

I went to Sephora on Memorial Mall sometime this past weekend, I usually avoid going to Sephora due to the poor customer service the employees provide. Well anyway, that day this girl Sammie was such a great help! Sephora needs more employees like her! I was in search or a concealer and she helped me pick out the best option since I do have oily skin, and let me tell y’all NARS is the way to go! it’s kind of over priced for the amount the concealer has but believe me it’s worth it, I’m so thankful for her help, I always get the wrong concealer for my skin but this concealer looks AMAZIN! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Sephora is my go to place for makeup and accessories. I love to browse the store and see all the new items on the shelves and try things out until I find the colors that match my skin tone. Usually, in non-COVID times, they will be happy to make you a small sample to take home and try before you buy. Additionally, their return policy is amazing because you can bring anything back you don't like even if it is opened and even if you have used it (not like all of it but a little bit) but you don't like it. Their customer loyalty program is amazing, with three tiers of levels depending on your annual spend. They've stepped up the gifts you can use your points for in recent years and I've gotten some amazing things like silk pillowcases, makeup bags, Turkish towels, etc. I'm pretty happy with them. Sometimes the gals working inside are snobby or unhelpful and cluster together to talk and can't be bothered to help, but usually someone will wander up to you and ask if you need something after a while.

Amazing help from customer service and really fast shipping to the UK from the US, love that you can pay taxes and handling fees at checkout. Highly recommend shopping at sephora

So everything was good from the way the site is built down to ordering and receiving the products! The products were good thing is i ordered 2 lipbalms and they came packaged nicely but so over the top. For 2 lip balms there was a box which had a bag in it and then wrapped again with more paper. The only thing i wish they did is package accordingly that over the top packaging wasnt important and there even is an entire sheet of paper which has the receipt inside. I would have ben fine just getting the receipt. Which is why im giving 4 stars.I would recommend just sephora please cut down on the packaging when the orders are this small no reason to spend so many resources.

I think every beauty-junkie can give this site 5 stars. :) Even though I'm in my 40s now and a lot of their marketing and products don't suit me, they still always have something for us older gals!!

I usually love going into Sephora to check out all their products. However, given the current state of things I ordered some things online and loved it!! The package was here before its estimated arrival, and they included some great mini samples. Ordering sephora online was a great experience!!!

I have been used sephora for more than 8 years. They have many cosmetic brands that I like to shop as NARS, Bobbi Brown etc. Also they give small gift package on your birthday so I could try samples from differnt brands as well. I want to recommend to my sister as well.
