Ok customer service is amazing. I will try again the future forsure. I'm huge on customer service if it's bad a dont use again. But since day 1 with questions and such just amazing.

Best prices ever, easiest online ordering, fast processing/shipping and most of all both pair of glasses actually fit! That was my main concern but not anymore...I will be ordering again soon and recommend Firmoo to everyone.

My tracking said the glasses were delivered, though after a while of searching, asking neighbors, etc, the package was no where to be found. I filed for a “refund”, to which I was contacted by a miss Karen, and she assured me that the problem would be fixed at no extra cost to me. I told her the refund isn’t what i wanted, it was the glasses. I have bought from Firmoo before and i knew the quality of the glasses were worth the extra wait again. Karen so graciously put in the order for my glasses to be resent at NO cost to me. Such a kind woman, and absolutely represented the company AMAZINGLY. LOVE buying here!!

It was my first time ordering a pair of glasses online and I went with Firmoo since I have always received e-mails and wanted to try them. I finally took the plunge and ordered. However, I was honestly unaware of all the lens types there were. I was so happy to receive my order but unfortunately the lens I chose was too thick and was causing issues with my vision. I contacted Firmoo and the rep Shandee was so understanding. Due to circumstances, she offered to issue me a credit for the glasses I purchased. She even went above and beyond to explain what types of lenses worked best with my high prescription. She even provided me a link to frames that would work best with what I was looking for. I was able to re-purchase glasses with the credit. I am crossing my fingers these will work out. I am appreciative of Firmoo and Shandee's customer service!

I mis-ordered my glasses’ coating and was very upset because it was highly reflective. Upon contacting firmoo, Hydrella and claire replied promptly with instructions to help me and i managed to reorder the glasses with the correct coating. Also with their generosity in providing me with a voucher/code. Greatly appreciated and will highly recommend to my friends as the lenses are gorgeous too. Thank you!!
