We love this little machine. There is a wide range of coffees available (we tested about 12 different) and we arrived on two favourites that we order regularly. I think at this price point, they have the best decafe anywhere. It will never be as good as fresh Italian, but excellent option at this price.

I seem to have had the opposite experience to most people for a change! Maybe it depends who you get on the phone?Bought a Nespresso Vertuo for Christmas, it had an irritating fault after 4 months. After de-scaling it the fault remained so Nespresso replaced it, no hesitation. Got the new machine within 24hours. Customer Services in the UK extremely helpful and no quibbling on the actions that needed to be taken to make right the issue. Thank you

I have 2 machines. A citizi and a vertuo plus. Both work flawlessly and the citzi is about 6 years old. The coffee beats Starbucks by far and the shipping is ridiculously quick and free. I have stopped at their boutiques and never had anything less than perfect experience

Had an issue with my Sage machine. I didn't have the receipt as a gift and it would have only just been inside my 3 year warranty. Wasn't sure whether top contact Sage or Nespreso.A quick troubleshooting call, they accepted my word on the age, arranged a collection and temporary replacement. 1 week later they returned my original unit fixed. Excellent end to end

Odd so many bad reviews. I have had no problems with delivery and the one time I called customer service they were helpful. Love the cappuccinos. Has weaned me off of Starbucks completely

Donna was fantastic!I’m a new Club member and had a problem with my machine. Donna was great to work with and after a couple of attempted fixes, we’re getting a new machine!!

Nespresso makes wonderful coffee.However , I was very surprised that they would actually produce such an AWFUL coffee as the Alto intenso and then actually sell it !!!!

I'm astonished with the low score. I have found Nespresso one of the most impressive companies I have ever contacted whether that be via live chat, telephone and email. What company have you telephoned during the pandemic that answers their calls immediately and deals with you both professionally and promptly? 10/10 Nespresso. Well done

After years of being thrilled with our purchase; the Nespresso machine and the membership service of fine coffee pods, something changed.Shipments were delivered within 3 business days direct to Hawaii. Now, due to an executives, decision at the helm; it takes three very long weeks if you accept the free shipping offer.I had a special event scheduled at my boutique and wanted to use my trusty Latisima. Not! Held hostage by the fact that this is a membership pod service, I served drip! The only thing that is conaidered drip now is the slow shipping options offered to Hawaii by UPS. They hand off shipments to USPS, using a Sure Post method. Which means ‘slow boat to china. Spoke yo manager who knew about the changes and promised that corporate is aware of the issues. They are working on rectifying the issues. We will see. Thus instead of one star I gave them three.

As a first time customer I was rather confused by the website and had a hard time registering my new Nespresso machine. After getting quite frustrated I decided to give the Danish Nespresso branch a call for some help since it was late in the evening and I didn't want to wait. And trust me, I really dislike making phone calls especially when it comes to service. I would like to thank Erik N from Danish Nespresso for not only being a great sport while handling the service calls but also for same evening email reply and helping me with every issue that I had rapidly and smoothly. Hats off, keep up the good service! I'm thoroughly satisfied thus far. ☺️
