Edited review after successful refundI placed my order on January 1 - watches was out of stock, so I waited for restock. One month later on 10 February my watches was sent to me by the DHL. DHL sucks because package did not reach me. I think the package is lost because it looks like the packege is on the way but status didn´t changed 2 months. I was waiting a long time before someone from Jomashop realy started to solve this situation. I wanted to refund because I did not receive package. After unsuccessful communication with customer service center I started communication with Farrukh...he finally solved this situation and my money was returned so thank you Farrukh.I understand that Jomashop isn´t responsible for a lost package but I think that it should be faster and more accommodating to solve the situations like this.

Good sale prices of items compared to RRP and does seem like a bargain when converted from dollars to pounds. Beware if buying from the UK though, as the customs charge from HMRC will pretty much cancel out any saving. (That happened for me anyway)

This was my second order with Jomashop, and I had the exact same experience. It was fast delivery, and the packaging was great. The prices are really good too, even with the exchange rate and customs. Both watches were from a brand that most stores don't sell in Canada, and those that do would have been a special order at full price.

This website recommended to me by a friend, I bought something, it's really cheap, and delivery is fast. So far I am very satisfied.

Love my Seiko 5 the watch work like charm and it has a awesome dial and two tone bezel.

Shipping took longer than two days, but it was free. I inadvertently entered incorrect ZIP code, so it was returned. I called for help and the lady I talked to was helpful. I reorded it and received the watch last Thursday. Today, Tuesday July 5, I received an email that my return was processed. I am satisfied that I didn't have to inquire about my refund. I will purchase from jomashop in the future.
