Update to review below: Customer service did finally contact me after 3 weeks and resolved my issue to my satisfaction. I am giving 4 stars instead of 1. It was not good customer service to take so long, but the issue was resolved.Customer service is non existent. I was applying a coupon to proceed with an order, and it processed without me hitting submit button and for the full price, and to the wrong credit card. I contacted customer service immediately for a cancellation and got a reply "Thanks for contacting Cozy Earth!Right now we are receiving a high volume of activity and a representative will reach out to you as soon as possible:)"5 e-mails ignored. Two phone calls with only "leave message" option and no response. They shipped the order anyway and have not acknowledged their processing mistakes. I am afraid to return them because I don't trust I'll get a refund. I have been working on this for 2 weeks.

Great company to work with. Product ships quickly and the product packaging is very attractive.

After reading all these negative reviews, I was nervous but I went ahead and bought the womens short pajama set in black 2.5 months ago with a discount. The pajamas are so soft. When they arrived they felt like other pajamas in department stores but they haven't lost their softness with washes like others have and I wash them on a weekly basis so they've had about ~10 washes now and they almost feel softer now than they did when they arrived. On the other hand they are showing minor (SUPER minor) signs of wear which worries me because of the high price tag. I noticed this immediately after the first wash and it hasn't got worse so the "wear" I am seeing may be normal. Did not have any experience with customer service so cannot comment on that. Disappointed to hear about others experiences though.

I have bedding items as well as t-shirts from Cozy Earth. Both are exceptional. The first night we used the bedding it was obvious that it took the comfort level of our bed to a whole new level. We have tried other sheets and comforters before, and it is always nice to have something new, but the Cozy Earth bedding is just in category all on its own... so much better than any other products we've tried in the past. So comfortable... and our sleep quality has improved by helping maintain the temperature at a perfect level... not too hot, not too cold. And the t-shirts are awesome. Not only are they super soft, but the cooling sensation of the fabric is amazing. My body temperature always feels to be more on the warm side, but when I put on the Cozy Earth t-shirts, it has a cooling sensation that lasts for literally hours. They are easily my favorite t-shirts. I am definitely a fan of Cozy products.In addition to having an awesome product, the customer service was great too. I worked with an agent that went over and above to assist me in getting the right products, and showed a lot of personal attention when I needed to return an item for a different size. He seemed to really care about making sure I was happy. Awesome products... great customer service... exceptional company!

Cozy Earth came through! Mollie heard my cry and arranged for me to get reimbursed. I'm very grateful to her for facilitating what should have been a simple request. I think the company was overwhelmed by the response to their success. Mollie listened and was the only person to really help. They need more Mollies!

These sheets are soft, but I have 1500 thread count sheets that my husband likes better. I have washed them, wish they did not wrinkle so bad. I removed them while still very warm and they were still wrinkled. I don't think I will buy a second set but will hang on to these and use in the winter and see how he likes them. He complained that he got hot under them and they stuck to him.

Update- While I did have initial challenges with customer service (I am told it was newer staff) I did try the product and I gotta tell ya: bloody nice sheets they are. A cross between very soft sateen cotton and an almost silky feel. Three washings, two weeks of use, and so far so good. Fitted sheet stays fitted to mattress and if you take them out of the dryer quickly there's no wrinkling at all. Very bright white, look and feel of a top-quality hotel room experience.

Gay was extremely patient with me as I blundered my way through the process, her helpful information assisted me with the process which in the end I was making more difficult than it should have been, she is a treasure.

Every time I leave town, I miss my bed! I have the comforter, sheet set, and duvet cover and every time I crawl into bed it's like sleeping on a cloud! Biggest perk is that my husband doesn't get too hot, and I am never cold! Worth the money...I will NEVER go back to cotton sheets again!
