Can people stop coming here and put bad reviews here regarding what they have experienced. Wix deserves 100% on reviews here. They are the best ecommerce platform, I have been with them for 4 months now, I use wix for my business and I don't find any issues with their platform. You send a message to wix regarding what might have gone wrong than coming here to add bad reviews. All bad reviews that are being put here will not make wix bad for they are rated the best platform on top 10 lists, because what they provide can not be found elsewhere. They never over charge you. I urge whoever comes here to see wix reviews, to please ignore all bad reviews here, for those bad reviews do not apply to Wix. If you want a platform that will move your business forward then you found wix, this platform will not let you down. Wix the best forever.

Like others, I was autorenewed at huge price increase and tried to cancel within the 14 day purported time perioid during which to cancel. I couldn't and hear nothing from them.Wix has now given me a full refund for the auto renewal charge that they had taken on my credit card. So, they treated me fairly in the end.

My wix website is no longer required (our business is unable to operate due to Covid restrictions). So, Jan 2021 I set auto-renew to Off with cessation of trading planned for Nov.To my horror I noticed a new credit card transaction dated 2nd Jan 2022 for £230 to Wix. To my amazement, auto-renew seems to have been reset to On (not by me!). However, as I noticed this new charge on the day of "renewal" I felt reassured by Wix's 14 day cancellation promise - only to discover that it does not apply to renewals! (Contrary to uk law, Distance Selling Regulations).I cannot afford to lose £230 for a website I no longer need for a business that is no longer trading.I have reached out to Wix for a refund, but no reply has been received.Please study Wix subscription T's & C's carefully before use - their cancellation policy is not as straightforward as it could be.** Update 15/1/22 **Wix posted a public response here on Trustpilot. In their response they say they attempted to contact me privately. They know my email & phone number - but I have received no contact from Wix. They included a link to their help chat system, which I have just used (again) to reach their CS representative. Sadly the matter has not yet been resolved, and the CS agent simply reminded me of Wix refund policy, and that their Billing Dept will take "up to 12 business days" to review my claim (which I instigated on Jan 2, although their system shows a submission date of Jan 4). I will update again as soon as I hear more.** Update 17/1/22 **I am pleased to report that, subsequent to the CS contact of 15/1/22 - Wix have now agreed to refund the erroneously renewed subscription. I have added one extra rating star to reflect this. I will update further once the refund has been received.** Update 15/2/22 **I confirm refund has been received. Thank you Wix. I have added an extra * to reflect satisfactory resolution.

Great for blogger, one product sites. Ecommerce not so much. It's important to know you cannot export your website to another server.

Wix is friendly for users and has wonderful design templates ever! Highly recommended!
