Glossier… you’re the ONE!! I’ve always been a fan of Glossier and have dabbled in their skincare and makeup over the past couple of years. Their products are high quality, free of nasties, and flattering on a range of skin types/ages/tones. Their new products have really taken them to a new plateau, encouraging me to try out different types of make-up that I’d previously had reservations about suiting me. I’ve always worn matt lipsticks (Generation G is a firm fave), but I recently bought a few shades of Ultralip, fully expecting to only like one or two and to need to re-gift / eBay the rest. I loved them all - and even ended up buying another in a different shade! It’s a beautiful, buildable formula which feels great on your lips. Moisturising, but not sticky. Similarly, I rarely (if ever) wear eyeshadow, but fell in love with Skywash in Pool. My husband really liked Lawn when we looked at the pictures too. I felt very dubious as it looked so bright, but I decided to YOLO it and give it a try! I honestly was not confident at all even about Pool - I couldn’t see how a I could get a liquid to pat dry into that silky powdery cornflower blue you see in the pictures - but ohmygosh, how pleasantly surprised I was!! You really do just pat it in!! It’s a beautiful, delicate, summery shade. I was equally if not even more taken aback by how great Lawn looked - I hadn’t expected to like it at all, but I fell in love with it and actually think I like that shade even more!! You know when you keep admiring how cute you look in the mirror? I’ll admit that was me after testing! After my latest order, there was one or two items I didn’t feel too sure about - no problem with the quality at all, just not quite “me”. I contacted Customer Services with some trepidation, as I’ve had a few really bad experiences with customer service for other brands / stores lately… consistently, depressingly bad. I had absolutely no need for concern at all. In LESS THAN 10 MINUTES - in the evening! (UK time) I had a super sweet, efficient and helpful response from Jeannie. She was a total breath of fresh air. My query had been resolved, but I went back to her just to say thank you and how pleased I was. She sent me another super sweet and personalised reply! I was actually really touched by it. As a customer, I want you to know how much it really makes a difference. Whereas my poor experiences with other brands left me feeling frustrated and blue, this put a smile on my face. And I told other people about it. Now I’m telling even more!Glossier have a fan and loyal customer for life in me! ♥

Excellent customer service well packaged. The glossier stick is amazing. Have had Expensive mascara claiming length and curl. This is the best mascara ever the holy grail. It’s a dry formula and comes off really easy. It makes eyelashes curl and hands length and it last all day without smudging. Buy it !!! Good speedy delivery by the company

I bought Glossier foundation and cover up because I read reviews from more senior women that it was great on wrinkles - and it is. Is doesn't sit in the creases at all. The only thing I found disappointing was the level of cover. It is very sheer so I used two layers of the foundation which was ok coverage but 6 layers under my eyes and still the dark shadows are showing quite a lot. If you only want a very light covering then this product is great but sadly for me, it's been a waste of £30. I did love the cloud paint tester I got though.
