I have been a customer for a few years…

I have been a customer for a few years and am really pleased with the service and food. Once in awhile I'll try something and not like it, but it's just a matter of taste. Most of what I've tried I have really liked. Frozen food made easy. I live alone and I like that foods come bagged or boxed so you can take individual portions out and they heat up in the oven or microwave. Super easy and delicious. I'm set up for delivery when I order something, usually every two weeks. Great service!

Since Covid 19

Since Covid 19, my friends who went out to eat every sat night have been comming over to eat Sat nights at me house. We do schwanns meals every time. The meals are very comparable to going out to eat, but a lot less expensive. We have been doing this for about 5 months. Very happy with the quality of food. We don't even miss going out to eat. No shipment delayed notification

I was supposed to have my order shipped on 1/17. I'm in Ohio and we got hit with a snow storm. I figured my shipment was just delayed. I kept checking my emails to see if I would be notified and kept checking my door since it's just a drop off. Nothing! So I call Tuesday, 1/18, customer service was horrible. He does tell me my order will be shipped this Saturday, 1/22! Still no email to tell me that!
