I have been a customer for a few years and am really pleased with the service and food. Once in awhile I'll try something and not like it, but it's just a matter of taste. Most of what I've tried I have really liked. Frozen food made easy. I live alone and I like that foods come bagged or boxed so you can take individual portions out and they heat up in the oven or microwave. Super easy and delicious. I'm set up for delivery when I order something, usually every two weeks. Great service!

Since Covid 19, my friends who went out to eat every sat night have been comming over to eat Sat nights at me house. We do schwanns meals every time. The meals are very comparable to going out to eat, but a lot less expensive. We have been doing this for about 5 months. Very happy with the quality of food. We don't even miss going out to eat. Make it a Schwann night

I was supposed to have my order shipped on 1/17. I'm in Ohio and we got hit with a snow storm. I figured my shipment was just delayed. I kept checking my emails to see if I would be notified and kept checking my door since it's just a drop off. Nothing! So I call Tuesday, 1/18, customer service was horrible. He does tell me my order will be shipped this Saturday, 1/22! Still no email to tell me that! Really!?? They sure as heck email me about my order and when they take funds from my account or when they don't have what I ordered. They can't send a courteous email saying my shippment will be delayed a week??? I don't think he understood, he sends me a link to create an account. OMG!! I'm not mad at the driver by any means but I am however livid that you didn't notify me about the change in delivery. A week is a huge deal!! I cant believe I had to call and find out. And I'm irritated you don't have helpful customer service!

Schwans.com is pretty great. If you are anything like me you would rather do something that you like doing as opposed to rushing out to the store, wasting gas, spending time hunting for items, and waiting in long check out lines. Schwan's makes it easy you just go to the site, point at the items that you want in your fridge, click, enter your credit card info and get your deliveries! It is that easy and the best part is that you can order things like meat and ice cream. I love technology because they have cut down on my trips to the store..

We love Schwans! We have never had a problem. Food is excellent except a couple that were not impressive but delivery is always on time and food is always fresh. The delivery man even called us to let us know he was outside. I don't understand the poor reviews from others. John and JanisHernando Fl

Most of the food is very good. Some prices are too high. Kids love the ice creams and treats! Delivery driver is always very nice.
