My holiday season was awesome because of Nordstrom's. I was able to get all my shopping done and get some goodies for myself. I love their customer service and I am never disappointed with my purchases. A Nordy gal for life!

I was attending a wedding so I order a Dessy wrap style dress in black from Nordstrom as the price was the best I could find. No issues at any stage. Order and payment easy to process and the delivery was on time and well packaged. The dress? Exactly as I expected. I had already seen this same style dress on a friend so there were no surprises. Everything was exactly as it should be so I'm happy.

PLEASE go back to a more elegant Nordtrom's! I live in the Washington, DC area and shop both the Nordstrom's at Tyson's Corner, and the one up in the Maryland Bethesda area. Occasionally we get to Annapolis as well. My mother also loved Nordstrom's; we had a ball shopping there -- and the sales people always treated her as though she was so special (which she was). We frequently had lunch in the Cafe, and it was always good. To finish: I am a professional singer and have bought some of the most beautiful evening clothes for my shows at Nordstrom's -- the pieces were so-o one-of-a-kind and beautiful. I’m surprised there are negative reviews! I’ve ordered and shopped in store in multiple locations and they’ve been nothing but helpful. Very forgiving return policy, which is great for those instances when you forget about that shoe box under your desk that you’ve been meaning to exchange for weeks! I also appreciate how easy it is to go between in-store and online shopping - they will even print out item numbers of things you’ve tried on so that you can check them out online. Salespeople strike a nice balance between friendly and not pushy!

I've been ordering from Nordstrom for years and never had a problem. One time I was sent the wrong order and was immediately refunded. I've never had a problem with customer service. (The few times I've had to call). They've always been very helpful. I called once to cancel an order (to buy a different size) and they were very accommodating. The reason for 4 stars is because I've never gotten a credit line increase on my Nordstrom credit card and I shop with them a LOT. I always pay 2-3 weeks early and pay my card off every few months. I will continue shopping at Nordstrom. I always find great deals at great prices.

Excellent, proactive customer service. Needed to exchange a bag that a peice broke off of almost a year after purchase. The agent arranged to send me a new one before the original was even returned.

Always a good experience with Nordstrom even when there were glitches with my order, they came through. Good products, great selection, and most important, good customer service.

Nordstrom is fairly one of the best online shops ever, they are always fast to ship and even faster to assist you. Their customer service is awesome - these guys will help you with everything - they will even place the order for you (which they did for me, since the system doesn't accept Russia-emitted credit cards). With Nordstrom's customer care you really feel that they care for you, they are sincerely glad to be of help, every one of them, and I spent my fair share of time torturing them about sizes, materials and order placements. One of the best shopping experiences, no doubt.

I used to shop at brick and mortar Nordstrom stores and it was my first online order. They double charged me and sent me 2 boxes containing the exact same thing. I had to pay from my pocket to ship the 2nd box back. I spent weeks complaining about it. I know, it's only $20 but why would I pay for something that was Nordstrom's fault and not mine? Spoke with numerous agents all saying to me that it was my fault because I double clicked on the order button but couldn't provide me with 2 difference invoice numbers as an evidence (btw I received only one email invoice). They finally refunded me the $20.13 last week but I've received no apologize. No nothing. Not sure I will order anything again on Nordstrom.com
