Excellent service, my shoes were delivered 2 days before the promised date and I was updated throughout about the status of the courier. I received what I ordered. FK South Africa

I placed an order for the Houbigant Paris Quelques Fleurs L'Original on April 15th 2022. The item was prepared for shipment exactly one week later on April 22nd 2022. The item was scheduled to arrive on Thursday April 28th but arrived one day earlier. I received 19 emails combined from FedEx and ShippyPro regarding the status of my package. I am so appreciative for that level of care since ordering internationally can be very nerve racking sometimes. The box did arrive in poor condition and half open but the parfum was perfectly intact. FRMODA labeled the package with fragile tape. That fragile label was completely ignored. Not sure if customs or FEDEX opened the box and did not re-seal after opening. Despite seeing my box tattered and torn, I am very satisfied with my purchase and will not hesitate to shop with FRMODA in the future.

Came from Italy to south London within 3 days and was tracked every movement. If I could give a ten I would.

The delivery and touch points are great given I am in the US and the package came from Milan. Their response time for an email request was also quick. However, the customer service they offer seems below standard. I purchased a shirt at X price and w/in 10 hours the price changed by roughly $15.00USD and I asked if FRMODA would be willing to refund the difference in price and they refused. While I understand their position, I am disincentivized to shop at FRMODA moving forward. FRMODA gains $15 by refusing to offer their customer a refund or credit, but they lose a customer willing to make their next purchase at FRMODA or generously promote the quality of clothes and customer experience they offer. If you are looking for good customer service, then do not shop at FRMODA. If you do not care about customer service, then you'll be okay.UPDATE: (05/05/2022) I have email proof that the promotional change occurred in under 15 hours from my purchase time. Where did you see that the promotion change occurred one week after I placed my order? I will be reaching out for clarification.

Courier service took long to deliver the goods. Only received them today the 13th June. Surprisingly the size 38 is too big . My Wife wears size 38 shoe but this one is too big. It's her birthday today the 13th and the gift is not fitting
