I do love Bath and Body Works!However this is the 3rd time I ordered on line and each time their was a problem. The last one was ordered on Nov 1 2020. I was notified it did ship but the package per tracking states arrived at a facility in Atlanta GA. No updates past that date. It is now Nov 24 and still no updates. What in the world happened? The order prior to this one same problem. Only after I called was I told box was damaged and had to resend. I did eventually get but it took 6 weeks.

I'm not writing to complain Christmas of 2017.I was shopping in Bath & Body storeWarren MI. (Hoover &11 mile).in the clarence basket.a fragrancelotion (Snowflake Cashmere)(Sparkly Nights). they smell so good.I was wondering do you still have those 2 fragrance. Thank you

I purchased the Marble perfume for my dad and he absolutely loves it and for me I purchased the A Thousand Wishes soap and lotion and these are my absolute favorite.

I order online a lot from BBW. I live in B.C., Canada and I am always receiving my orders earlier than quoted. I am very very happy with this company. From U.S.A to Canada the exchange rate is totally worth if to me. Product....correct....undamaged and packed properly. Once again...thank you so very much. Please keep doing the great service you're doing. It is greatly appreciated.

I had to bring back some items that I had bought a while ago and the store manager in Woodbury Long Island was great. Very professional and was all about customer satisfaction. Their products are great. I will remain a frequent customer.

So how many women went into their store and it says but 3 get 3 free ? Well I did and nothing is free ,they take 50% off the 3 other items so nothing is free,to me this is false advertising...I love there products but there is a catch to their free items ...pay attention ladies nothing was free

I've ordered so many times with B&BW and I am never unhappy. They send out emails letting you know updates about shipment and answer any questions quickly. It does take some time to receive packages but that's not on them I don't believe.

I read the previous reviews and noticed it was really negative. I was worried about my order but it came in today and I'm compelled to write a review. My order took 3days to arrive. Great!Contents: 3 body wash, 4 mini hand sanitizer. All in excellent condition, looking as they would in the shop.Packing slip included for you to check off your order and a welcome card from Bath & Body works. The only thing I will say is the packing of the products could have been done with shipping in mind. Wrapped in bubble wrap comes to mind to prevent the bottles from splitting if a heavy box is put in n top by the carrier etc. I had some crumpled paper so the items wouldn't move, luckily I had no damage, but wrapping the bottles in bubble wrap would go a long way for protection. I've enjoyed B&BW products for years in the states and was quite alarmed with the negative reviews. Luckily my experience was not. Hopefully the company addresses the complaints of the others. I hope the negative experiences of the others are addressed. I really have enjoyed the products for years and will say if you have a chance to go to the physical shop I'd truly recommend that you go. It's very nice, I've always walked out with a few products.

Once again...Bath and Body Works has delivered my items earlier than quoted. From USA to B.C. in Canada...my items are always correct...always in perfect condition..and early. Thank you...once again...for your continued customer care. This is why I spend $ 50 per month...on average... on BBW product.

I wrote a review on Nov 24 on my not delivered order. Needless to say I was not pleased. I called the 800 # and Nick in Customer service was so helpful. He told me he would resend my order and I received the full order today. Shout out to Nick for your awesome service!
