I started using IObit products several years ago, overall the products are good; just about 1 year ago I noticed a big issue with IObit:The tech support was non existent, even for users that paid for Pro versions of the product. But now I’m glad and very satisfied of how much IObit support has improved, they are always willing to help and I must recognize an outstanding support with one of my tickets:The buggy software System Mechanic from Iolo technologies, created a problem with my windows task scheduler, even that I uninstalled System Mechanic there was a leftover scheduled task from System Mechanic. IObit Advanced System Care pro was not able to fix it so I raised a ticket with IObit, they throughly analyzed the problem and concluded that I must reach Iolo since the problem was that system mechanic created a task that even that system mechanic was uninstalled, was left there and is preventing the deletion of this task as well as other invalid tasks!!I really appreciate the additional effort from IObit staff in solving this issue, and much appreciated the dedicated analysis for an issue that was not their fault!! Wow!!! Not all software developers get that deep!!I really hope that IObit tech support continue this way, I’m a pro user of the following IObit solutions:- Advanced System Care - Smart Defrag- Driver booster- IObit Uninstaller - IObit Malware Fighter ALL the above software works as expected and my good old Dell Latitude XPS (2011) with windows 10 home works outstanding! I really notice a difference before and after Important: the reason that I used Iolo System Mechanic for some time was due to the problem with IObit tech support, but as mentioned this was solved so I went back to use IObit excelente software. And one final comment:Is well known of the Malwarebytes and IObit problem some years ago, but we need to acknowledge that IObit recognized their fault and as of today I can say that IObit Malware fighter is one of the best anti malware solutions for windows. With my good old latitude XPS the software has no resource impact and my computer is very wellProtected. The only thing missing is that iobit submit and allow virus reviewers to rate their solution, like virus total. Don’t judge IObit for that past incident, they nowadays are doing very well and they are the only developer that continue to create utilities to further optimize and care windows OS, other developers like Iolo, AVG, Glary, etc. offer solutions that only do a basic windows optimize and care; IObit solutions do way more and keep windows better optimized and in good shape!!Congratulations and Blessings to all IObit staff!

I signed up and down loaded a beta version of macOS on my MacBook knowing full well there might be a few issues, one of them being it caused iObit MacBoost to crash on opening. I emailed the MacBooster support desk and very quickly received a response with the fix. What can I say; Brilliant :)
