Great company to deal with and they make the best mobile phones on earth! Shipping was under 4 days and the actual device is unbelievable, the best phone I've had the pleasure of using, and I've had a lot! My only gripe is that Oneplus was well known for its lower price range but its slowly creeping up to the likes of Samsung etc

Very Happy with my OnePlus 7T, it has everything I wanted and more.The refresh rate and smoothness are unbelievable and i can say it is one of the best products i have purchased in ages. Hope OnePlus keep up making great phones!

I recently purchased a OnePlus 8T directly from the OnePlus website. Unfortunately, although there was nothing wrong with the device itself, I found it too large for me to use comfortably so initiated a returns process for a refund under their 15 day guarantee applicable here in the UK.Despite all that I read online about how bad the company are at this side of things, I wanted to post my own experience for balance as I had no issues.The return was approved automatically, I was emailed a pre-paid Tracked 24 label to attach to the package and it duly reached OnePlus on the next working day. It was delivered about 730am, and by 2pm the same day I received an email confirming the refund would be processed shortly. About half an hour later, Paypal confirmed the refund as complete. Quick, efficient and issue-free. I was quite concerned prior to sending after reading all the problems some customers have had, but all I can post is that it's not always like that, as my experience should hopefully show.

I have used OnePlus devices for a great amount of time and mostly with no complains at all. The best devices I have used and wouldn't switch over to any others. Now, here is the reason of why I´m giving 4 instead of 5 stars: I think it´s amazing that they have now released a device that has become a great competitor for the major flagship devices out there. I WAS thinking of purchasing the OnePlus 8 Pro as soon as it came out, but there were many things that gave me a "hmmm, gonna stop myself for a moment right there". For instance, the front face camera which no longer pops out, seems like a set back rather than a guarantee for its water proof certification; no 90hz option in between choosing 60hz or 120hz for the screen refresh rate; 1 pair of bottom speakers (which usually is resolved when releasing a "T" model); recent complains about the screen overheating or throwing some display glitches, and the list goes on. I believe that certain decisions for upping the game should be given more time to take in consideration and testing before just dropping a major hit on the market (as it used to be in the past) especially when you are deciding to set the price rate higher than what you were initially aiming for. I will not lose my hopes to the most likely upcoming OnePlus 8T, which hopefully it comes to tackle all obstacles presented by the OnePlus 8 Pro and delivers its users the quality and confidence it used to deliver in the past which made it a unique amongst all other brands out there.

Oneplus 9 pro is a excellent phone but software support could be quicker and more consistent instead of waiting for a long time

OnePlus have always been very helpful when you speak to them on the phone. Had a few issue's lately where we had problems with the courier picking up a phone saying I had to pay for a pick up, then I didn't, then it was booked, then it wasn't even though OnePlus supplied a pre paid label and they completely looked after me throughout the whole frustration. Turned out my phone didn't need to be sent for repair in the end however the fact that OnePlus cared is what matters the most so I appreciate them dearly. Their phone's are fantastic too and easily the best out there as well as working well.

I've had my current OnePlus phone for 4 years and only now is it beginning to get tired. I'm so impressed, I'm buying a new OnePlus.

I use an 8T and the wife uses a 7T, the phones are great. A few compromises to keep the price well below other flagships from the likes of Samsung but these are negligible (no wireless charging on the 8T for example)But why, why, why do they not listen to their customer base. The way the power button and volume rocker are placed (on opposite sides of the phone) makes accidental screenshots a complete nightmare. Whenever you pick it up you naturally place your fingers on both the volume down and power button which on an Android device takes a screenshot. This has been happening on many generatiopns of device but yet they still refuse to alter the design or at least impliment a software update where you can adjust the screenshot settings (a 3 second timer would fix the problem straight away).There is 100's if not 1000's of posts on Reddit and other social media about almost everyone having the same issues but it has never been adressed. This single reason will stop me from looking at OnePlus for my future devices and it's such a shame as a fix would be relatively easy to implement.

Oneplus phones are the best, truly for their speed, space and experience. I am a oneplus user. My first phone was oneplus 3 and I currently own a oneplus 6. I've been using it for almost 3 years now and its still as good as new.
