Excellent product (OnePlus 6). fully satisfied

Dropped my phone and damaged the screen. Requested a repair. Courier came Tuesday to collect it. Had to be sent to Poland and on Friday morning, the courier arrived again with my phone, in perfect order. Best of all there was no charge. Very impressed with the service. Such a quick turnaround

Absolutely love OnePlus. Have always looked forward to each new upgrade,in my opinion, the only one they let themselves down with was the OnePlus Nord. Their customer service is fantastic. I have never waited more than 24 hours for an email back and twice I had to send phones away(from Ireland) because I cracked he screens, but I had them back in under a week. Courier service came to my door to collect it too so I didn't have to try post it. Overall, great service except for the OnePlus Nord.

I've had my current OnePlus phone for 4 years and only now is it beginning to get tired. I'm so impressed, I'm buying a new OnePlus.

I bought the product from my friend's prime account. Just bought my headset from OnePlus store, working fine as hell. Love the focus on user experience. Really setting the standards high.

Excellent costumer support!Fast and solid devices(bought many oneplus phones)

I have been with OnePlus for 4 years. I owned the 3 and the 5t. Both brillant phones. I am a hospital doctor and unsurprisingly am very busy at the moment.I ordered the 8 12/256 in the UK and loved it. Exactly what I wanted, not too big, future proof and high quality.After a few days I noticed it was dropping calls, at first I thought it was my area of reception but it is not as the 5t was perfect when tested the same time with the same sim card. Dropping calls is a problem for everyone, but for a busy doctor in COVID times it is a disaster. I tried calling. .... But guess what. I contacted them via email and the community and explained my problems and my occupation, but there was no hurry, just bounced from one person to the next. Then I noticed the phone kept freezing when browsing and the auto brightness on the screen didn't work. I contacted them again and asked to send my phone back.Which they finally sorted. They have now given me a full refund. It felt like there was a problem with their customer service but they sorted it.I am sad about the phone because I love the oneplus brand but not their customer service. I have no problems receiving a faculty phone..... It happens, but it would be better if the customers felt listened to and was easier to keep the same conversation going. I would still buy oneplus again as I love their products and have had 4 very good years.

Oneplus 9 pro is a excellent phone but software support could be quicker and more consistent instead of waiting for a long time

I bought a Oneplus Nord for my partner back in August 2020. It cost about £400. Last week she reached out to pick it up from the bedside table and dropped it onto the wooden floor. The screen cracked. I read up on the warranty, manufacturing defects only, not accidental damage. Oh dear. I went online and realised that the Oneplus we chat is available until 3am. Spoke to a lad in we chat, I was honest. “No problem” he said “don’t worry.” He gave me a repair number and I was able to print off a postage paid return label. I sent the phone off and was amazed when it came back from SBE Ltd about 7 days later. Fully repaired, no charge. I cannot praise Oneplus highly enough.

Recently I have been getting full page obnoxious ads at start up and after sleep opening on my device. If this is due to some sort of system update by the operating system. I will never buy this phone brand again. Anyone else with this issue?
