I've been using Adobe LR & PS for s number of years. At the beginning, the performance and speed was great. Then for some reason, each update, decreased the performance. I became so frustrated, I stopped updating. Telling people to avoid Adobe. A few weeks ago I decided to update to the latest versions of LR & PS and was amazed to see the performance has greatly improved. I'm not happy paying through the nose every month, but until another companies software can match LR & PS, then I'll stick with them.

After a very bad start, I was helped very well by Adobe by help on remote control. Advise; search for the chat on the facebook site to get in cantact with adobe. They will tell you how to get in touch with their helpdesk with remote controle, who will call you at given time and date. Hope Adobe keeps working this way (the program and the help desk). Hopefully no more long waiting times for help.

Customer service in this company is amazing. Especially Mlndeep He was very helpful ,And also give it to me very good advices. Thank you so much for all.

I like the product, it helps me a lot in my work, but it is very expensive and has many bugs that do not help me much in the development of my practices.

Honestly I love their photoshop but the price is way too expensive.

Long story short, I've never hab a more friendly and kind person on the other end of the line in any support hotline ever.He helped me out immediately, in good humor and with spotless knowledge regarding the problem.I'm actually lost for words and have to say a big thank you, this made my whole week.

I read a lot of bad reviews on this company due to their subscription plans which are certainly expensive. I did two of them by mistake, using two emails (my error?); so I asked them to delete one, and they did it at no costs and refunding me entirely. Also I asked to switch a plan to another (same cost) and, while the site asked me to firstly close a plan by paying 55 euros, and then starting a new one, they made the changes at no costs too. So, I can't say that the customer service is bad at all. They are indeed kind and operative. Just you need to wait 10-15 minutes before to get someone helping: but in the meantime you can do other things!About the subscription plans I must say I was not happy soon, because this forces you to remain with them and the softwares are not on your computer entirely. But this is the future. Clouds and continuous updating (see also the Mac OS'). Adobe is also very expensive but actually this is the main company for graphic and (also) for sound. And if you work you need the best.

First time I've felt compelled to write a positive review of a company, I'm actually in some shock at how quickly they resolved my issue - cancelling multiple plans I stupidly added thinking they were replacements rather than additions, so the error was absolutely my fault. They located and cancelled the un-needed two subscriptions within 15 minutes.In the realm of 'monthly plans', whether it's ISPs, mobile networks, gyms etc., normally trying to cancel is the most infuriating process in the world and they make it frustratingly difficult even to get through to someone let alone resolve. I was fully expecting a nightmare with Adobe as well since it's the norm, but it was remarkably easy. This should be the default of course, but the reality is that it isn't, so hats off to Adobe and thank you Moni for making this so painless!

I don't understand why so many bad reviews are here. The software is great! Gets the job done. It's quite expensive but see how many features are there.
