My mother told me once, that if you can't say something nice about someone, then say nothing at all. Well, how about I just say that I wish them luck and hope things get better.

I was a customer for 14 years, buying mostly high end camera and lenses . I was generally happy. So when I got an email from them about buying my used equipment I figured I could trust them. I spoke to Avi who told me he had looked up my purchase history and how they valued me. I mentioned a coupleOf lenses I wanted to sell and he promised $3200 for them. He asked what I wanted to buy I told him about a camera I had in mind. He said to send as much stuff I wanted and they would give me 70% of retail price. So I send several lenses , cameras , flashes etc. two weeks later they called and send my quote was ready , when I called , they said all my equipment had passed inspection & they offered $3200. That’s not my frustration, I wasn’t using the stuff anyway. SO I agreed to the price , they said If I use the credit to buy from them I would get Deal on the purchase too. I was trans to sales, Lewis , and I got to buy what I thought was my dream camera . I told him they one I had seen at their website and Was listed for $6500. Used the store credit and paid additional price to buy. Took two weeks to get the camera and lens. It was packaged in box , shrink wrapped, and looks fine as new. Except it wasn’t . First trip out , I noted there was a card in the box with pics from inside their store , could live with that. Problem started when Loaded images , and noted that the sensor has flawsOn it . So I called their customer service , the lady very rudely told me that I was SOL cause I bought “a used camera “ , I told her I did not , even my invoice says it’s not. She gave me the number of Hasselblad and hung up. I emailed both Avi and Lewis . They said someone would contact me ASAP. Three weeks later , that hasn’t happened . So they lost a loyal customer for life. They are fast talking mastersOf BAIT& switch .Update - after Nancy contacted me , they were quick to fix the problem . They sent me a brand new camera , and took back the used one . Thank you Nancy .increasing the star rating with this update
