Good points and bad

Good points: The Fitbit itself was relatively cheap, £75 at Argos. It was somewhat easy to set up although the app isn't hugely reliable. The sleep tracker is reasonably accurate, I understand that technology has only come so far, and it can't be 100%, that's fair enough. The auto exercise tracker is also quite good, it'll track how long you've done a certain exercise for and such. Bad points:If you forget to sync for a couple of days, you won't be able to sync until your fit bit runs out of battery, and when it does this all the data since the last sync is lost. As a technology company, I would expect Fitbit to know it's not feasible to walk round with location and Bluetooth on all the time unless you've got a power bank. Why do you need your location on anyway? Data collection, that's it! Why is there a premium version of the app? I have paid £75 for the device, why should I pay extra to know what my heart beat is when I'm asleep.

Fantastic customer support and service

My fitbit started to turn itself off even with full battery, I visited the support website and tried the troubleshooting. Unfortunately it didn't didn't work so I got in touch with the customer service, they were incredibly helpful but established that my fitbit was out of warranty but they very kindly offered me a discount to buy a new one. Very happy with the service I received and looking forward to getting my new device!

Bought a Fitbit charge 3 to help me with my health and training programmes. It’s a good product, really nice to look at and works really well. It’s worth reading the online user guides first to help get you used to using it properly. It pairs well with my Ipad and Iphones and has really helped me with my training. You can buy cheap replacement watch bands on ebay to go with it. Charging takes about 20 minutes. The more i use this product the more i love it.

I’ve always had Fitbit and definitely favour them over Apple. I had an issue with my versa last year and they replaced it immediately. The customer service was great.

Love it

Love it. Had a few niggles with the Charge 3 (screen stopped working and band snapped) but the Fitbit support team were super quick in responding to my issues and sending out replacement parts! Rita from the support team was so helpful!

After Suffering endless syncing and crashing problems over a period of 18 months. I Finally received my Replacement fitbit Ionic. Customer Services have been thorough in there assessment of the situation, but were fare at every stage. Lets hope my replacement doesn't have the Same issues

A great product from a good company

Hi all,I have several Fitbit watches (Surge, Blaze, Versa, Ionic, and the balance Aria), and they all work PERFECTLY.Apple watch owners just do not believe that the battery lasts between 5 and 7 days.But, the most important is their service. They reply timely (within hours) and never drop you, until your problem is solved.A recent issue was the incompatibility of the App. between Versa and Ionic. Until, after several attempts they guided me to install a second account using a new email.The only thing I miss, and already told them time ago, is a dual time (or even triple time) display. For long distance travelers this is very useful. I can't imagine their processor cannot do it.
